Que next day and I ate all 5 meals..

The fridge trap is real. My partner and I learned the hard way that if five tubs of food are sitting right at eye level, they stop looking like future dinners and start looking like immediate snacks. Now, anything past day two goes straight into the freezer before the kitchen counter is even wiped down. Having to thaw something at least forces a twenty-minute pause to ask if I am actually hungry. Were there any carbs with it, like rice or potatoes? Whenever I try to make meals that are just protein and veg, my brain seems to demand double the volume to feel properly satisfied.
