five identical tupperwares and a dream
food prep is basically gambling with whether i will still want to eat roasted root veggies and lentils on thursday afternoon. usually the answer is no, but future me at work is too lazy to care.
i made a giant tray of beetroot and chickpea bake yesterday that fits my calories nicely, but i am already staring at the fridge wondering if drowning it in garlic sauce counts as cheating.
what are you guys cooking in bulk this week that does not taste like cardboard by wednesday?

Garlic sauce is survival bro, so go for it. I stopped cooking everything in one massive batch because my family revolted by day three :/

Garlic sauce definitely does not count as cheating if it saves the lunch. I tried bulk roasting four trays of root vegetables and lentils last month and by day three the texture felt like chewing wet cardboard. Now I keep the roasted mix in the container but pack the fresh spinach and dressing separately. It takes two extra minutes in the morning.
